Adkisson Air 1 Heating and Cooling & Autumn Glo Fireplace Studio are sister companies located in Holly, Michigan. We are dedicated to providing top-notch residential service and products to customers in Genesee, Northern Oakland and Northern Livingston counties.

Air 1 is a third generation, family-owned business. For over 45 years, we have worked under the guiding principle of customer satisfaction. As a local company, we know that our best form of advertisement is word of mouth, which means taking care of all of our customers.

Our Story

Adkisson Air 1 Heating and Cooling has proudly provided HVAC services to our local community since 1969. In 1995, we began selling and servicing fireplaces through our sister company, Autumn Glo Fireplace Studio. We have since become the largest fireplace showroom in Genesee County. Our products come from Hearth & Home Technologies, the world’s largest fireplace manufacturer with one of the best warranties in the marketplace. But we don’t just stop there! We provide maintenance, repairs and upgrades to all fireplace makes and models.
